Regan is a past student of Casey Grammar School...

He left the school in Year 10 to pursue a jockey career...his passion...

He has had many successes, even while still an apprentice...

And yesterday, the Herald Sun revealed that he continued his studies with the Certificate of Applied Learning...

Regan shared the honours with Jye McNeil at the top of the 2013/14 Rising Stars Series; 

he rode 37 winners.

So far, in his 2014/15 season, he has had 20 winners...

Recently, on October 18, he rode as the only apprentice 
in the prestigious Caulfield Cup - Race 9.
This cup pre-empts the final Melbourne Cup...highlight of the Spring Racing Carnival...
He rode Renew and was placed 16th out of a field of 18 top horses...
An amazing effort...

Somerset Novella Writing Competition

SOMERSET NATIONAL NOVELLA 
WRITING COMPETITION
The competition is open to ALL current secondary students attending school in Australia.
Entrants must be under 19 years of age as at date of close of entries
 Friday 6 December 2013.

Summary of Conditions
Length of Novella should be no less than 6,000 words and no more than 10,000 words.
Each entry must be typed, double spaced on single sided A4 size sheets of paper.
Pages must be numbered.
 Please ensure that each entry is carefully proofread before it is forwarded for judging.
Please note that the entrant’s name must not appear on the work itself.
Each entry must be submitted online.
Entries will not be accepted without full payment of $20.00
Entries by facsimile, mail or email will not be accepted.
